In more than 30 years of practice, I have never ceased to be moved by, and immensely respectful of an individual's courage to reach out to a stranger for help, often at a critical point in their life. I provide psychotherapy for women and men from late adolescence through seniority, and have extensive experience helping people navigate life's challenges. I am skilled in using both short and open-ended treatment approaches. Non-judgement, compassion and confidentiality are my highest priorities.
