These are certainly challenging times. Difficult emotions like loneliness, fear, anger, shame and disillusionment can take over, and you may feel like your life is out of control. Maybe things look good on the outside, but you feel uncertain on the inside. Maybe you have been avoiding things by “self-medicating” with alcohol, food, substances, TV, or the internet? Maybe you are having conflict with someone you love. Maybe “old stuff” is bubbling up? No matter what, you have arrived at this moment for a reason- you are ready to really look deeply at some things and make some changes! Therapy is a great place to do that. I am imperfect like everyone else! I have my story too with it's own regrets, mistakes, and failures. Through my life experiences, training, and especially my own therapy, I have been able to change my story. I firmly believe we can all reinvent ourselves at any point in our lives, and you and I can work together on changing your story and your path too.
