I've been a mental health professional for 31 years and have spent that time challenging and supporting teens, adults, couples and families facing a myriad of mental health, addiction and life-transition related issues. I have extensive experience working with local school professionals and also thoroughly enjoy working directly with teens and young adults around life-choices, healthy relationships and transition-related challenges as they venture into adulthood. Finally, I provide couples and families support to aid in navigating the demands of marriage, relationships, divorce, parenting and other life stressors.
