I am a Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for over 15 years. I work mainly with adults experiencing including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma (including PTSD), psychosis, substance abuse, or more general life and relational stressors. I believe in a person-centered approach, providing a non-judgmental, safe space to work on identifying root causes of maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and to develop an awareness into a healthier, more integrative sense of self and of the world.
