My name is John Zufall, LCSW. I have over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations, including clients dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ issues, among others. While my approach to therapy is a cognitive behavioral approach, I believe therapy is best when tailored to the specific needs of the client. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), a person-centered form of therapy, and mindfulness. I have found that my style and approach work well with Adults who are 18 and above, and I also work with LGBTQIA+, people with addictive disorders. anxiety, and depression
