Hi! My name is John Zufall, LCSW. I go by my middle name, Mel. I have over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations including clients dealing with addictions, depression, anxiety, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ issues, among others. While my approach to therapy is a cognitive behavioral approach, I believe therapy is best when tailored to the specific needs of the client. Like many in this field, my own experience in therapy was a major influence in terms of my wanting a career as a therapist. The therapeutic process can be such a powerful tool in terms of personal growth and leading a successful life
