My approach is to help you create more self-understanding so you can open to a more authentic, engaging, and fulfilling life. Therapy is the place where you can build a new kind relationship with yourself and your world, one that taps into the fundamental dynamism of the human spirit so that you can enjoy a fuller sense of connection and purpose. My approach is a blend of trauma-informed relational and psychodynamic theories with an emphasis on attachment and developmental issues pertaining to anxiety, depression, and addiction. I am a licensed clinical social worker with background in the creative arts who has received additional training in the Treatment of Addictions and the Practice of Positive Psychology at Harvard Medical School.
