With 20+ years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families. I have worked within a variety of settings including residential treatment, outpatient facilities, educational environments, and private practice. I continue to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds as well as those who are immersed within the legal system. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, ODD, OCD, LGBTQ, ASD and other emotional and behavioral diagnosis/concerns. I believe in shedding light-You control the course. I draw from a broad range of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-informed therapy, CBT, DBT, PCT, SFT, OCT and experiential techniques such as role-playing, always tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. I am available in-person as well as through telehealth, willing to meet the client where they are at.
