I am John Thomas, owner of Life to the Full Counseling. I seek to walk alongside individuals & couples who may be experiencing a valley of difficulty; or those who may be on the mountain exploring new growth & opportunities. I am interested in working with men and teen boys who may be struggling with sexual concerns; or couples affected by sexual issues such as pornography, infidelity, or sexual addiction. I believe that we are a product of our life experiences, including "trauma(s); I can help you process through those! As a retired Veteran with 3 deployments, I can help other Veterans process through PTSD & its related issues.
