In our work I will offer you a safe, nonjudgmental space as we explore and identify what you want to work towards. I specialize in working with individual adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of fulfillment in life, difficulty with transitions or making important decisions, unhealthy relationship patterns, and low self-esteem. I believe people can make positive changes in their lives. Through developing a safe, trusting, therapeutic relationship we will work together to help you feel more confident, break unhealthy patterns, build insight, develop new skills, heal from past trauma, and implement positive change.
