Living with mental health challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming. Often, frustration with our circumstances turns inward, leading to shame or self-blame. I believe that through education, building self-compassion, and collaborative problem-solving, most problems can move toward healing. I specialize in working with ADHD, Autism, and anybody who finds themselves looking for relief from self destructive patterns; offering structure, curiosity, and real-world strategies. My approach integrates mental and physical wellness—including nutrition and movement—so clients don’t just gain insight, but see real, lasting change.
