I love helping couples with communication issues and those feeling stuck with their marriage. I also enjoy helping those coping with anxiety, depression, and existential issues (including finding meaning and purpose). In the past I have worked with parents, children, world class professional poker players, teachers and those experiencing homelessness. My therapeutic focus is to meet each person where they are at in their journey and to work alongside them to help them accomplish their goals together, as a team. If I don't know something I'll be honest about it. I tend to be straightforward but compassionate.
