I'm looking to support the person who needs a change. We all hit a point sometimes where life isn't going how we envisioned it for ourselves. Whether you're not quite sure how to make change happen, or you just want help getting through it, I'm here to support you on that journey. I work with adults and adolescents and tailor my approach to the needs of each person I work with individually. I want you to understand more than just "what" we'll do in therapy, but also "why" and "how." It's my hope that all of my clients take skills away that you can continue to use on your own as you build back stronger.
