I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, questioning, and gender-diverse clients. I provide a warm, affirming, and judgment-free space where you can explore your identity, experiences, and goals at your own pace. I do also see people who are struggling with general depression, anxiety, grief and loss and working with the neurodivergent community. Whether you are questioning, fully out, or anywhere in between, you are welcome here. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches and tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. Above all, I believe that your identity is valid, and therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I understand that LGBTQ+ experiences are diverse, and I approach therapy with cultural humility, respect, and care.
