My approach to therapy is to create a therapeutic relationship built on validation and curiosity. This opens the opportunity for genuineness, feelings of safety, empathy and elements of humor. While it may be difficult to come into the therapy room, it is my intention to create a safe place to acquire needed skills to gain access to be our own experts on our healing journey. I am entering therapy as a second career, having spent decades in early childhood education working with children and their families.
