Specializing in child, adolescent and college age clients with life stressors, anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD. Provide goal oriented therapy to facilitate healing and improvement for your child or teen and your family. Utilize individualized care to decrease depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral difficulties and life adjustments (divorce, living with extended family, chronic illness, issues with bullying/friendships). Combine cognitive behavioral, play therapy, sand tray, and family therapy methods. Complete ADHD assessments, make recommendations, and implement treatment plans. Most insurances accepted.
