Are you experiencing burn-out, conflict in your relationships, or anxiety that seems to be taking over your life? I work with clients to re-gain balance in their life by using a values-based approach. I have training in a wide variety of issues, but my specialties include depression and anxiety, life transitions, people-pleasing/perfectionism, and relational issues! My hope is to form a strong therapeutic relationship and collaborative approach in order to reach your goals. I combine humanness, some humor, and evidence-based practice in my work.
