I am a firm believer in the transformative power of therapy and am passionate about creating an empathetic, judgment-free space that allows my clients to build a sense of safety in both themselves and the world. As an LGBTQIA identified therapist and nonbinary person of South Asian descent, I am passionate about providing mental health services to traditionally underserved populations, especially queer folks and people of color. My specialty is helping clients to heal, grow, and create the lives they want by using a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapeutic work.
