Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades in the music industry, so I understand the pressures of creative work, collaboration and tying identity to what you do. I help people stuck in overthinking, emotional reactivity or relationship stress build practical tools to slow things down, regulate emotions and communicate more clearly. I also address the emotional and relational challenges of creative careers and group dynamics.
