There is so much noise pulling us toward a false narrative that we forget what is needed/wanted in the first place. While feeling stuck you want to move forward to experience flourishing and allow the noise to fade away. As the noise subsides you can start taking steps to become the person you know you were meant to become. My work is from a systemic approach believing relationships shape our state of being in whatever season we find ourselves. Working from an attachment lens we explore how deep hurts and wounds from your past/present can prohibit you from experiencing true relational joy. My hope is to provide you with tools so you can open yourself up to others once again.
