I work with individuals who have had difficult or traumatic experiences and need help in addressing how these experiences have impacted their life. I also work with a variety of individuals who struggle with mental health issues such as depression or anxiety. If you would like a personalized journey towards understanding, learning about, and relieving your symptoms, I might be a good therapist for you. I offer a therapeutic space to explore these issues that bring you to therapy; when necessary, I may also hold in mind historical or social factors that are contributing to your present experience.
