Clients have described me as 'very professional but also friendly, laid back and not intimidating.' I work very collaboratively with clients to set goals and find strategies which will be most helpful to them. Some clients prefer to focus more on addressing painful symptoms and circumstances (depression, anxiety, relationships or work difficulties) while others may want to focus more on personal growth. I am more than happy to help clients with either area or both simultaneously, as they often go hand in hand and serve to increase happiness and satisfaction in daily life.
