What a mystifying time to be a human navigating this strange world. And how commendable, then, that you're seeking assistance here. My scope of practice includes addressing and processing distress, depression, anxiety, and other issues impacting my clients' daily functioning. I also assist clients facing critical stage of life transitions, including terminal illness, grief, and loss. Additionally, I pursue ongoing trainings so that I can continue accompanying clients exploring a variety of relationship issues and conflicts - whether in their marriages, parenting efforts, or the full range of relational dynamics and daily challenges.
