I have worked in Counseling and Human Services for 20yrs. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Lexington Kentucky since 2015. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment for clients to openly share their experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the foundation of my treatment approach as I assist clients with identifying negative thinking patterns that support anxiety and depression. In our first session, I provide a brief introduction about my therapeutic approach, so they have an understanding of who am as a clinician. Moreover, it is my goal to create an environment so they can openly share why they are seeking counseling.
