I'm here to work with people ages 5 and up who feel like they're supposed to "have it together" but secretly don't. Those who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, school stress, or big life transitions. They want a place where they can be honest, feel understood, and not worry about being perfect. As someone who took a nontraditional path myself, I get what it's like to feel lost or overwhelmed in this big world. My ideal client wants support, real connection and tools that help them feel more confident being who they are.
