Welcome. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by life’s pressures and need help understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. Feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, trauma, addictions, interpersonal conflicts, or cycles of anger and frustration is common. Depression, low motivation, anxiety, shame, and identity questions can make it hard to know how to move forward.
