I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy practitioner, which is an evidenced based therapy that is currently being used by our US military to treat trauma. I specialize in working with those with anxiety, low self-esteem, addictions, and depression. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call if you have any questions. As a certified clinical trauma professional I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma including the most experience and training in accelerated resolution therapy in the state. I specialize in helping people challenge negative thinking and develop new perspectives using methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
