At a certain point in a person's struggles, they are ready to break free from old patterns of destructive, negative, or compulsive behavior- even if they’re unsure how. They’re seeking relief from distress and pain but struggle to find ways to achieve that relief. Their goals include improving emotional health, nurturing relationships, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore, learn, and grow through a process of supportive reflection that allows the patient to recognize unconscious drives and elicit intrinsic motivation to change authentically.
