Welcome! My practice is all about collaboration. In addition to therapy, I offer groups, classes, and workshops designed to empower people to reach beyond their struggles to build meaningful lives and strong communities. These interventions give people tools to put individual challenges in broader context and are particularly helpful for people who have been stigmatized and marginalized. I have a background with people who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities, mood/anxiety disorders, and psychosis, and work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/CBT model. I work with adolescents and adults.
