I believe you, as the client are the expert on your life, whereas I as the therapist provide a psychological safe compassionate environment where we explore and process thoughts and feelings. In our partnership and collaboration, I utilize evidence-based therapy tools to empower you to achieve your desired goals. I have an expectation that clients will engage and utilize therapy tools to enhance and develop strategies to promote healthy emotional regulation. I have over 20 years of combined experience in Social Work and Behavioral Medicine. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to work diverse populations in various settings that include behavioral health hospitals, primary care offices and addiction services.
