As a therapist, I believe in working with clients to improve their emotional and mental health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe therapy involves helping clients explore how social environments impacts mental health and exploring how thoughts/what one believes influences behavior and how one feels about themselves. My experience includes working with clients with anxiety, depression and trauma; providing therapy to teens and adults, and facilitating groups for teenagers My goal is to provide realistic and tangible therapy that will enhance your overall well-being.
