Life can be a lot to handle, with all the demands, responsibilities and daily tasks. If you tack on interpersonal/personal stressors to the list, it can feel daunting to go about your day. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to enable a space for my clients to feel the permission to "let the mess out". It truly is okay not to be okay- and if you desire change, therapy is a great place to start. I am prepared to serve clients who are ready to get unstuck; to dig deep, take a good look at how they are showing up in life and determine that they want to make shifts that will ultimately benefit their well-being.
