Hi there. I am a fully licensed clinician with Master of Social Work from Detroit's own Wayne State University. I commend your effort and resolve to seek therapy, as I know what it takes to reach out! I am glad to tackle any issue with you, but have a special affinity and experience with group mediation, gender and sexual identity, men’s issues, couples and family relationships, grief and loss, adjustment and transitions, cultural issues, anxiety, and ADHD. I am best suited to serve clients age 13+ to resolve conflicts in relationship or identity, adjustment to life transitions, or cope with loss, among others. I generally begin therapy by establishing a framework in psychoeducation, then apply a customized approach utilizing a variety of strategies and modalities including but not limited to Empowerment, CBT, Somatic and Mindfulness techniques, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I work very productively both in-office or via telehealth. Whatever suits.
