My ideal client is someone I hope to help create and achieve goals such as identifying and implementing healthy coping skills, engaging in better decision-making, reducing negative effects of traumatic events, decreasing impulsive behaviors, and building stronger relationships with family, peers, and self. I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents, adults, and families with a person-centered approach to ensure my clients feel respected and understood. I also utilize trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy to facilitate sessions.
