I believe people come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed by problems and disconnected from the values, relationships, and experiences that give their lives meaning. I am excited about working together to help you claim agency in the face of life's problems so that you can become the primary author of your life's story. My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy, which seeks to help people stand up to problems and align themselves more closely with their values and beliefs. I also use imaginative/child-directed play therapy when working with younger children.
