I conduct therapy sessions with Las Cruces practice, Lighthouse Recovery. Therapy with me goes beyond just talking about your feelings. I believe in working together to find answers, build skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we can focus on finding solutions and strategies that help you move forward. I enjoy working with teens, adults, families and couples - meeting you where you are and finding positive outcomes together. Therapy is a partnership we're in together. When you work with me, you'll feel safe and seen. I'll also challenge you to grow, but you won't be asked to do it alone. I'm with you every step of the way. In short, I want therapy to be direct, solution-focused, and collaborative.
