Hey! Glad you’re here and reading this. I know finding a therapist can be difficult and intimidating, especially when you are searching online while potentially working through some hard stuff. I’m passionate and experienced in working with children, families, and adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I also have years of experience collaborating with parents and children to address behaviors that may be causing distress. In addition, I've worked in school environments and foster care settings, and have provided individual and family therapy tailored to diverse needs. All and all, my primary goal is to ensure that our time together is meaningful, well spent and comfortable for you, while also challenging you to meet your goals.
