My focus is on helping individuals gain insight, improve self-esteem, and build resilience practices that can be applied in daily life. With over eight years of experience, I aim to support each of my clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall well-being. I approach counseling from a non-judgmental lens and believe the client is in control of their own life and treatment.
