Sometimes the tools that used to work just don't cut it anymore. I work with clients to help them take care of themselves, tolerate stress in new ways, and make changes toward the lives they want. I also serve fellow therapists who have, understandably, recognized their own need for support in unprecedented times. Where appropriate, I provide self pay Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to help clients explore pieces of their stories they may not otherwise be able to access with talk therapy alone.
