I work with young adults navigating the challenges of impulsivity, identifying their emotions, and dealing with internet or porn addictions. Many of my clients feel stuck repeating the same cycles despite their best efforts to change, whether that's challenges in building relationships or working through addictive patterns. I like to emphasize practical skills that anyone can implement when they are feeling overwhelmed or impulsive. I am also experienced in treating individuals with Autism (or ASD-like traits), and am certified to provide emotion regulation techniques, social-relational skills, and practical tools for organization.
