I am a Harvard-trained psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, and attachment wounds. I also have experience working with self-esteem issues, problems with self-doubt and low confidence, physical manifestations of psychological problems, conversion disorders, adjustment concerns, and religious trauma. Clients I have worked well with in the past have been interested in getting to know themselves and working to discover the factors at the root of symptoms. Therapy with me is about coming to know and accept yourself with such confidence that you can feel both less upset now and more difficult to shake in the future.
