As a neurodivergent person and therapist, I offer a unique understanding of what it's like to feel the world is not made for you, but never understanding why. I specialize in the treatment of late-diagnosed/adult ADHD and OCD. Life doesn't have to feel so hard and there IS a place for you in it. I look forward to walking with you on your journey back to your true self, using your inherent strengths and resources to thrive. I use a feminist, social justice and trauma-informed lens to promote acceptance and change.
