I specialize in working with young adults facing challenges related to identity, anxiety, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, ADHD and autism. As a gender and sexual orientation-affirming therapist, my therapeutic approach is holistic and eclectic. I incorporate techniques within compassion-focused therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, shame resilience, art therapy, and DBT.
