Seeking therapy that keeps your soul in mind? I work from a broader perspective, to integrate the mind, body, and soul as we work towards wholeness. Simply put, I believe in going beyond coping; after all, no one wants to white-knuckle it through life. I partner with clients to dig deeper into the root of the struggle. I also incorporate unique types of approaches which you may not have heard of before. I bring the whole brain into treatment; not simply the analytical areas that are on-line in traditional talk therapy. I work from a Jungian frame of reference using sandplay, art, dream work, and play therapy. I am not satisfied offering the status quo of current mental health treatment, so I don’t.
