Hi! I'm Jordan! I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported for exactly who you are. My passion is helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, humor, and evidence-based tools. I specialize in trauma therapy, including PTSD treatment through EMDR, as well as depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. Many of my clients are working through the lasting impacts of difficult life experiences, and together we build pathways toward resilience, calm, and renewed confidence.
