My ideal client is any human being who is struggling with a deep sense of disconnection—from themselves, from others, or from their sense of purpose. They may be a child acting out in school due to emotional overwhelm, a teenager navigating anxiety and identity confusion, or an adult carrying the invisible weight of trauma or attachment wounds from childhood. Often, they arrive feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why they’re feeling the way they do. They may have tried to "push through" or "figure it out" on their own, only to find the same patterns repeating, whether in relationships, emotional reactions, or self-perception.
