About
As a clinician and a client, I have seen therapy become something aggressive and given a frame work of healing being a finish line to cross. If we some how work harder, learn more and more skills, and "protect our peace", we can be fixed. We do not come into this world believing we are bad or broken; those ideas are forced onto us from outside of us. Pain is inherently part of the human experience, but suffering is not, and neither one are part of our identity. We have pathologized being human. What if there's nothing wrong with you? Nothing to be fixed? What would it be like to embody that truth? Wanna find out?
