Welcome to my profile! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over a decade. During that time, I have enjoyed a wealth of different experiences and positions, including helping young adults at a drug, alcohol, and mental health clinic, serving as an Assistant Mental Health Director at one of the largest and most nationally respected group homes for adolescent boys and girls, and running a successful private practice where I mostly concentrate on assisting men and couples enduring anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem difficulties, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues transform their relationships.
