As an empathic and open therapist I use my advanced training and years of experience to help clients feel better, relieved, settled and unstuck. Trained in DBT and CBT I use these modalities and others, to help individuals, couples and families achieve new tools for coping, problem solving, and improved communication. I am also experienced in working with individuals who are struggling with postpartum depression, infertility, illness and complex grief.
