Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about having a space where you don’t have to. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where people can show up as their full selves and feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I earned my BSW from Southern Connecticut State University, where I also minored in Wellness, and went on to complete my MSW at Fordham University. My professional experience includes working in psychiatric hospital settings and in healthcare regulation, which has given me a deep understanding of both mental health and the systems we move through.
